Does anyone know the personnel of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra in
1938? I saw a clip of Kirsten Flagstad singing Wagner's Hojotoho! from Die
Walkure. The clip begins with the camera panning over the orchestra,
clearly showing the clarinet section.
