Floor hamsters evolved when a young child's hamster escape from its cage
75 years ago. In the middle of the night, the innocent creature was
ravaged by The Monster Under The Bed.

Similar to TMUTB, floor hamsters are visible only to those who know that
they are there. Until you folks started writing about them, I
personally was blissfully unaware.

Of course, being a mature adult, I'm not all that frightened. But now
that I'm aware, I *do* hear scraping noises in my room at night.... and
I *would* have sworn that my clarinet stand was was sitting next to my
filing cabinet last night, but this morning it's sitting beside my night
stand where I left a bowl of grape nuts last night... and the grape nuts
are gone.... come to notice it, my toe nails look like they've been
nibbled on and I have a small cut on my big toe.... What's this
written in red ink, or it it blod? on my copy of Avrahm's method
book...??? Uh oh, I don't think that floor hamsters like clarinets any
better than certain rodents do.
