These discussions have made me nervous since I also want to stay in the
guest house.

I just called and had the same problems as Jim even though I had identified
myself as a ClarinetFest participant. The person I talked to said that all
the rooms were taken and when I questioned him further, someone in the
background told him to type in a code for ClarinetFest which apparently
made the blocked off rooms available. They seem to be slow learners. The
toll free number for the guest house reservations is 1-888-416-4075.
