Rebecca,

Where in Georgia are you going? If you are near Atlanta, Laura
Ardan and Ted Gurch are INCREDIBLE teachers and players. They
are husband and wife, both playing with the Atlanta Symphony.
Laura plays principal clarinet and Ted plays assistant
principal, Eb, and also plays soprano sax on occasion.

You might also try the Atlanta Concert Band. I am not sure if
they still are together, but they were a fun group to play with
when I lived there in the early to mid 90s. The Callenwolde
Concert Band in Atlanta is a good group, but I think they only
accept "adults" meaning over 18. You might try them anyway, as
they could direct you to other groups if you are still too young
for them. (These are, of course, both in Atlanta, so disregard
if you AREN'T moving to Atlanta.)

Good luck on the move!
