Were those bands good then? I know GW is like the best in the state and
there is this guy, Chris, from South Charleston, that I would have loved to
beat at anything but he is graduating this year. He made all-state on the Bb
clarinet, alto clarinet, bassoon, alto sax, and god knows what else! He
chose to play alto sax this year. Last year he was first chair bassoon and
the year before he was 1st chair alto clarinet.

Logan has about killed me but it is really cool to know that wonderful
people like Larry Combs came from WV. Did he and/or Ray make all-state here?
How high were they if they did?

Maybe there is hope for me. Maybe I will be the star performer at Clarinet
Fest one day:) Maybe everyone will know my name and people will wish they
were me and maybe even stalk me! How honorable! I wish i was cool enough to
be stalked. Of course I would just want it to be an obsessor, not a psycho
out to kill me though I am sure people will want to because of raging
jelousy because I shall be so great. Maybe in a parallel universe...
