I=B4m trying to lead - although this seems to be contradiction - an orchestra
which works this way. The Heidelberger Saloniker. We=B4re up to 19 Musicians
and everybody is aloud to make suggestions when we are studying something
knew. The interestin thing is that every musician has to listen carefully
what=B4s going on around him has to make him a part of the wole thing ... Do
you want to know more about it?
Do You know why a salonorchestra needs no conductor. You cannot have a good
look at the musicians :-)))
