I need to correct a possibly SEVERE MISSTATEMENT that I posted simply
because someone else said it to me:

Tonight I received an email saying that dormitory rooms at Univ of Utah
are available for a fraction of the $100 hotel room cost.

I must say, not having a web site in operation which lays out all the
facts for non-ICA members is a *severe* handicap for some of us. An
organization such as ICA ought to be reaching out to non-members (to
potential new or repeat members), not sequestering themselves.
