I have never received an individual credit for working as a caterer or for
craft service on a film, only the company receives that. When I've appeared
as a clarinettist in film as part of an orchestra scene I've also not
received a credit but the casting company has. Usually the orchestra or
ensemble receives the credit in a film not individuals.
