Others will doubtless help you. For my own part, I remember reading
somewhere that Stadler -- who, you will remember, invented the Bb
fingering:

T+Sp+xxo/xxxF#

...showed Mozart some of these multiphonic fingerings around 1790; but
unfortunately Mozart died before he had a chance to develop and include
them in his own work.
