Hey everybody. I have a question about polyphonic notes. Does anybody have a
fingering chart for all the possible polyphonic notes for the clarinet?

I first got a taste of polyphonic notes while I was playing "Moods for Solo
Clarinet." There are 5 fingering suggestions for polyphonic notes, and I was
wondering if anybody here had any other possible fingerings (or any other 2
notes combinations).

Reason for my asking is that I'm playing in an ensemble, and when the guy
composing the piece heard me playing polyphonic notes, he got really
interested and decided to add some polyphonic notes to the piece we're
playing. So he's asking me what notes I can play, and since I have never
studied this before, I was hoping I could get some help here.
