Bonjour!

Just wanted to share with everyone some
interesting events happening here in
New Mexico.

Our Music Director/Conductor, Guillermo Figueroa
is a huge Berlioz fan and the NMSO is now in the
midst of a fantastic Berlioz Festival. This
weekend we are performing the Damnation of Faust,
and last night at the dress rehearsal we got to
meet David Cairns, chief music critic of the Sunday
Times from 1983 to 1992 & the author of the famous
two-volume biography on Berlioz. WOW!
