I posted this the first day of the thread.... The publisher that I
personally think is the best around for this piece is Sikorski =
(Musikverlag
Hans Sikorski, Hamburg)

Editor is Jost Michaels, catalog number 551. 10 years ago when I bought =
it,
it cost $12.50 (I'm sure it's more now...)
