Well, I think this goes back to what Lelia said , which was
these pieces were not composed to be music performed for an
audience, but as an exercise for learning purposes only (to
answer Bill's original question.)

Ab only? That's just wierd...LOL! Thanks for the info! I might
look into those books for theory purposes (or for my own
NON-enjoyment...GRIN)
