it`s not my letter you should be forwarding, it`s George Bush`s. I`m
so impressed with how some people can express themselves so concisely, with
an intellect that others can so readily understand. By the way, I think you
should get rid of that Richard Bush - he can`t string two words together and
he`s gonna start a war!

Oh, it's worse than that. I've been doing CNN. The news doesn't make me
think I'm a millipede-like creature or remind me of tidepools, alas.
Watching the news is more like crawling out of the slag at the bottom of a
bomb crater and snuffling around for tasty scraps. Hence a bit of
escapism, back to the good old days in school. Or, no, wait, come to think
of it, those were the bad old days of the Vietnam War. Funny how lateral
thinking sometimes sends a person back to the same old crater.

I absolutely agree.

It was not me who made these remarks. But I have my own thoughts about the
war rhetorics Bush, Powell and others are propagating. In my opinion whether
you are christian, islamite, israelian or other, we all should pray for
peace.
