Here's a few suggestions off the top of my head, that would be good for a program for kids:
"Ballet of the Chicks in Their Shells" - Mussorgsky (sp?) - from pictures at an exhibition
"Three Sea Shanties" - Malcolm Arnold
Various movements from "Chimney of King Rene'" - Milhaud.
There's also some Scott Joplin ragtime pieces available in arrangements for WWQ as well.
When I did kiddie concerts we also did a lot of trios and duets so that the kids could "focus-in" on one or two instruments at a time.
