When I was looking for new clarinets, I was not happy with WW&BW, and I
thought I would try Weiner (via mail order). Your comment about the lack of
interest is right on the money; I found them very unprofessional. Right off
the bat, when someone answered the phone, they pretty much just said,
"Hello", and I had to ask if I'd reached Weiner Music, since I couldn't be
sure. I would have expected at the very least a, "Weiner Music, this is
so-and-so".

Regards,

Andy
