Hi:
To follow up on the comments.

Gary, the Leblanc fire has nothing to do with this and everything to do
with the new series II instruments. Just like cars, the new models are
coming and the old models are getting moved out. Probably won't see this
again until the series III instruments come out...and no I don't know that
there will be a series three..g Also as an FYI, Indiana has an inventory
tax that gets assessed right around this period and folks with large
inventories tend to get a bit more serious about moving stock.

Bruce, For the prices mentioned, WWBW automated quote system gave the low
price for the Concerto Bb. IMS is the one who quoted the price, over the
phone for the Opus A.. She said they had a few left. As far as doing
something wrong, well I am witty, friendly and cute in a pug dog sort of
way...g

Andy, when I was in computer hardware sales potential customers in the
olden days used to routinely say, "I'll wait until the the technology
settles down." My response was always, "then your never going to buy a
computer because it is going to keep evolving. If this had been cars, then
you would have known that you can get deals on last years models, but I
certainly didn't foresee this and I bought my horn last November. BTW, you
got a better deal than I did....lol! But, so you don't feel too superior,
I bought a fully Brannenized A clarinet for the almost identical amount I
paid for my plain Jane Bb Concerto which was about $100 more than you paid
for yours and no, it was a one of a kind deal.
Best
Rick
