And then there is also the possibility that this guy is SCUM! One wonders
how he gets and keeps all those rental contracts. It is a very competitive
business (I know, because I am a school services rep myself) and poor
quality repairs will lose you customers. He must be the only game in
town. But it does happen, and irritates band directors greatly. Just
yesterday, I made about 5 different adjustments to a bass clarinet to
repair a "repair" another company just did.
