David, thank you for telling me this. I immediately called and found
out that my house is in good shape!!! I don't get to it often, but I
don't like it to fall down while I'm away. Séléstat is half way between
Strasbourg and Colmar, within whistling distance of the Rhine and the
German border. My place is in a city so close that it shares the same
cemtery: Scherwiller and I do all my shopping in Séléstat. By the way,
I am the finest basset hornist in Scherwiller, but that is only because
there are only 1890 people in the village and every one else makes wine.
If another basset hornist moves I, I will probably become the 2nd finest
basset hornist in Scherwiller.
