Rigotti and Fox are both pretty good brands. Fox
tends to be more expensive though (and the one i had
was dangerous....i cut myself and didnt even notice
until i saw blood on my keys)

Nope, left-handedness is not a problem! They make
left-handed knives. In fact, I own one. I am
left-handed. I have a Rigotti (forgot what model, but
i know it's bevelled edge since i had to specify which
hand). The price varies, depending on what you get it
and where you get it. I got mine from WWBW for like
16 bucks.
