Subj: [kl] Live Auditions on our local "Public Library" Channel 17
Date: Thu, 20 Feb 2003 16:26:46 -0500

I sat down to read my email, and it was slow today, so I was watching
our local library TV Station 17, and they were playing a broadcast of a
live audition for a youth symphony somewhere. It the location and name
of the clarinetist went by before I could remember it. The young lady
playing the clarinet was absolutely superb. I know you folks hardly ever
hear me say that about anybody. All I can remember (I think) is that her
last name is VAM, and she was auditioning for a youth symphony, playing
the first movement of Mozart K-622. I loved everything about her
clarinet playing.
Often times, on our local TV channel 17, the Library Channel, they
repeat performances over and over. I am leaving the TV on that station
in case she comes back.
Does anybody know anything about this particular "audition"?
ANNIE
