Bill,
All saxes require a more relaxed embouchure than the
clarinet does. You COULD have a leak, but it's probably
just that you haven't adjusted to it yet. I did the same
thing on my alto at first!

If I am extra careful, and distend my embouchure just so, I can get
that lower G.
Is overblowing a soprano sax easily done, and is this the problem, or do I
have leaks?
