I bought a "generic" case of very good quality from a local repair shop.
They had to order it for me, and I had to wait until the factory had enough
orders to build them (about a month), but it's a sturdy case and only cost
me $80. (The instrument must be put in assembled, mouthpiece detached.)

I'm not sure how many outfits out there would be willing to do that, but if
you make a few phone calls, you might be able to find one that will.
