Subj: [kl] Hartke Concerto to be performed

This Friday and Saturday (Feb. 14 &15), Richard Stoltzman will perform the
Stephen Hartke "Landscape for Blues (Concerto for Clarinet)" with the
Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra in the Hilbert Circle Theater. The concerts
are at 8PM. This is really a cool piece and Richard does a fantastic job
along with the orchestra. There are no regular clarinets in the orchestra
for this piece ONLY two bass clarinets - I'm on the 2nd bass clarinet along
with Mike Borschel on 1st bass. If you're in the area definitely try to
catch this concert. Kodaly "Dances of Galanta" and Dvorak "Symphony 6" make
