The black Vito reed cases a very nice for very little money. They have a
rubber O-ring that holds the reeds (4 to a case, 2 on each side), so no
clip to compress the vamp of the reed, and a grooved base so that the
back of the reed dries more uniformly. For a little more than $2 (US)
they're great.

I also have a Selmer case (with glass plate) that works well. It's a 6
reed holder (you can also get larger) that is black and very discreet on
stage, also fits into a jacket pocket. It only has one latch, so for
safety I have it closed with a black hair band (one of the cloth ones).
Most reed case latches are so cheap that some sort of elastic closer is
going to be a necessity sooner or later.

Not had a mold problem with either, and it gets humid here almost all
year.
