If you check the archives of the ICA for the clarinet congress of 1983 in
Denver, CO you will find quite a bit of information on the literature of the
C clarinet. I was a performer during that year's convention. Ted Jahn,
University of Georgia, played and lectured on the C clarinet. He also wrote
a follow up article for the CLARINET around the same time.

All of the Lefevre Sonatas are published in his Methode. Just soprano and
bass line with no figured bass given. The ICA library (university of
MD-Hornbake) should have a copy of this. They start out quite innocent and
progress nicely.
