I *finally* found where they had nine copies in stock. I swear that earlier
in the day they listed it as permanently out of print. You may be right
that it's the separate volumes are not going to be available. This time I
couldn't even find them listed. (I have strange luck with Pepper's search
engine sometimes.) I'll email them and see if I can get a definitive
answer.
