Having been responsible for the past 7 years for ordering a good deal of the
sheet music our school district uses, I've found that P.O.P frequently means
permanent only until demand builds up to justify another printing. Many
selections I've ordered were P.O.P. in October and then miraculously
resurrected from months to a couple of years down the road. Carl Fischer may
just be waiting for inventory to dwindle down (someone must still have
them).
