Hi Harold, I don't have a hernia however I wanted to know if you play
double lip?? I play double lip and have often found that I have more
control also when playing seated. Many times I have to change to
single lip when standing. I had found a great article on how to
master this challenge standing up, if you happen to play double lip
and are interested, I will scan it and forward it to you.
