I'm sorry to hear that your wife has arthritus. I too suffer from it and
have had to looking into plateau clarinets. Leblanc offers models as
"special" orders in thier wooden lines ( I believe they are in the Noblet
family). I can't tell you off hand what the price is, however if you email
me off list, I may be able to talk to a contact of mine on your behalf.
