Thanks, as always for your insights.

I'm well aware of the controversies about K622, which is why I
said "divining", rather than "determining", "inferring", or the
like. I suppose at one level we just have to appreciate the work
as it has come to us, without worrying too much about how
authentic it is. It's a little like the Requiem, I guess,
which is a marvelous piece, even if we can't reliably distinguish
Mozart's contribution from Süssmayer's and at least one other
editor's (as H. C. Robbins Landon attests, though he gave it a
good try).
