Jim, about a year and a half ago, I tried to do exactly that. What I found however, is that Legere reeds do not seem to do as well with a mouthpiece with a concave table, as they do on a mouthpiece with a flat table.
Has anyone else made that observation, and if so, has it been communicated to Guy Legere?
Anyway, the concave table has become a standard feature of my (soprano) clarinet mouthpieces, so I abandoned the project.
