I do not have Fox's NXS clarinets so you might be thinking, "Why am I
answering your note?"

I've spent the last year and a half working with Steve on the new basset
horn he made for me and I'm very proud of it. I don't judge my
instruments by what others think of them, but I do point out that
everyone who has tried my instrument thought it to be the best basset
horn they every played. So the reason for responding to your question
is to give you a comfort level in terms of working with Steve.

I have found him to be a responsible craftsperson, for what that is worth.
