The only thing worse than a Chinese-made clarinet is a Chinese-made flute!
The tolerances are so large that the screws back themselves out.
That brings us to the next problem--parts are nearly impossible to get when
they are needed. Parts are needed more often than for other clarinets
because keys are made of pot metal, so they break more easily and cannot be
soldered. One more point--do you really want to play a horn made by an 8
year old who should be in school or playing with his friends? or in a
factory where there are no health and safety regulations for the workers?
Personally, I refuse to support such a market.
