Rebecca, were I in your position, I would stay away from the Weber. It
is so overplayed as an audition piece that the judges are deaf to
anything you might do. Once, I judged the clariinet competition and
heard 24 complete performances of the Weber over two days. After a
while, I simply could not think any longer, and that is a problem that
you should avoid getting into.

I can't be much help in suggesting what you should do, but I do caution
you about what you should not do.
