I can't answer your question as I don't play Selmer, but I have a Leblanc
without the low Eb but the other extras are present. Intonation is great,
sound is great. My instrument was purchased in 69 or 70 and I still love
it.
By the way, I have used it for symphony, dance, jazz, concertband and
recital playing.
