Slightly off topic: I recall an episode of 77 Sunset Strip where the band=

at the club takes a break=2E When they come back, the drummer decides to
play one tune on the clarinet=2E (I don't recall whether anyone moved to
drums=2E) He plays for a minute and then drops dead=2E It turns out that=

someone put poison on the reed=2E

I'll bet I am not the only one on the list to remember this episode=2E Af=
ter
that show, you couldn't borrow a reed in Jr High band without someone
making a remark about whether it had been poisoned=2E
