In response so far to the suggestions here, I like Nancy's suggestion. I
will give The Legeres a month or so; but when I switch back to cane, I am
going to give them equal benefit, because frankly, I think the two types of
reeds require subtle adjustments. I have found that each time I play the
Legere, I am feeling more comfortable with it. I have found switching back
to my "A" cane reed yesterday to be disconcerting, but then I was expecting
it to be as immediately responsive as the Legere, when none of my cane reeds
are.
