I found a web site for the Tokyo Clarinet Choir http://www.tcc.cup.com/

I have two CDs from the Tokyo Clarinet Ensemble which say "The Brilliant
Clarinet Ensemble" in larger letters. All of the web searches result in
Japanese web sites only.
