I would suggest that you listen to Vento recorded by the Finnish Clarinet
Ensemble. Solo clarinet is Kari Kriikku. Very interesting,

Godfrey.

[about clarinet choirs)

I have been looking for, but have been unable to find, a full CD (as
opposed to just one track) of a clarinet choir performing 'mainline'
music (as opposed to 'experimental' or 'avant garde' music) on the order
of what the Japanese clarinet choir did during ClarinetFest 2000 with
"Pictures At An Exhibition", which knocked my socks off.

Can anyone offer a suggestion?

Thank you,
Bill
