Just like anything new, it takes time to adjust. The Legere is not cane and
consequently one shouldn't expect it to play-feel like cane. Give a good
six weeks or so and then re-evaluate. You might also consider playing only
the Legere for that six-week period. Then try the switch back to cane. I
think you might be pleasantly surprised at how awkward the cane feels after
a long stint with the Legere!
