Many people have had similar experinces with Blue Box Vandorens. I have
even experienced times myself where an entire bo would be unplayable.
>From what I understand the entire reason that the V12's were developed
was because of Gigliotti's dissatisfaction with the standard Vandorens
(from what I understand he found something like 30 playable reeds after
testing over 100 at the factory. Personally I'll probably always fall
back on my Mitchel Luries but the v12s (silver box) should be better than
the blue box.
