There are a few different ones out there. I believe Phil Muncy makes one,
Alvin Swiney makes them (www.corkpad.com). Andy Crisanti who is in the Fort
Worth Symphony has a special one as well (crisanti@-----.com) Alvin
Alphin may also do them, but I am not positive.
