A while back I was reading a discussion about someone who got an instrument
out of storage and asked about how to care for it and someone said like a
new one.

Besides the silver keys, how will I care for the clarinet? How will I go
about taking care of the wood? I also read that they should play it (I think
it was) 20 minutes. It has been a while, so correct me if I am wrong about
any of this.

All I know is "When the weather is cold the spit swab gets old."
