I'd drop a note to someone at AMC and let them know what's going on. They might
be unaware that their name is being misused.

It's more likely that there is some kind of licensing agreement between AMC and
whoever manufactures the BJ's clarinets, but the manufacturer might have lied
about the quality of the instrument. And I'm sure AMC would want to know that a
product bearing their name is being misrepresented to the public (i.e., saying
the keys are silver-plated when they're not).
