Hello, Ms. Erickson and Klarinet List.

As usual, I am days late in reading, storing
and answering E-Mails. I just read the last
week's worth of Klarinet List messages.

If you are interested, I have a "Trio for Flute,
Oboe, and Bb Clarinet". As with many modern
works, there are No Key Signatures, but it con-
stantly implies Modal Centers and modulates so
often that using and changing Key Signatures
would be a distraction. However a few people
on the Klarinet List already have it and are
getting used to it. It has a lot of fun, lyrical
phrases in the style of Poulenc and Prokofieff.

"Trio for Flute, Oboe, and Bb Clarinet"
(Jan. 2002, 5 mvts., 15 min.)
(Composed from December 30, 2001 to
January 12, 2002.)

I Vivace 3' 10"
II Andante: Fugue 3' 40"
III Pastorale 2' 10"
IV Adagio: Aria 3' 25"
V Capriccio 2' 40"
total: 15' 05"

I have been busy juggling the composition
of several new works, including having started
the Clarinet Sextet for Professor Joze Kotar's
Ensemble, for their scoring:

1 E-Flat Sopranino Clarinet,
2 B-Flat Soprano Clarinets,
1 E-Flat Alto Clarinet,
1 B-Flat Bass Clarinet,
1 B-Flat Contra Bass Clarinet.

The First Movement of it already looks like
a fun piece. But I gotta get back to the Happy
Farm, before they find out that I escaped again.
