Depends on whether you buy a Prestige RC or an R13 Prestige. The R13 and
RC are different models (with different bores and other significant
changes).

It's different than the R13. Better is in the ears, eyes, and hands of the
beholder.

If you're confused then I strongly recommend you don't bid; it's a lot of
money and you need to do a lot more homework before you think about
spending it. And, even if you do purchase it, will you have any idea how
to judge whether you got a limousine or a lemon, and what you will do if
it does turn out to be a bit sour?
