I don't have my copy of Langwill to hand, in which Cartier has a brief
mention. I own a Cartier Eb, which is not a bad instrument at all,
selected from a number of used clarinets at Rayburn's in Boston (Emilio
Lyons recommended it). About equivalent to a Buffet E11 in my opinion.
I'll sell it when Stephen Fox finishes my new eefer!

Hi all,
does anyone please know anything about Jean Cartier 'professional'
clarinets.... when they were in business, and if they were any good?
Thanks.
Stewart
