WHRB -- Harvard Radio, Boston. Has a policy that they will not play a
work more than once per year. http://www.whrb.org/
Does odd things during reading/finals periods (Jan/May) such as the
complete works of Bach over 15 days or 72 hours of continuous clarinet
music.

Sometimes a little too obscure. Mostly classical but also obscure Jazz,
obscure rock music, etc. In many areas, other college radio stations
probably do similar things.
