Britt,

I just received a Rossi clarinet from Luis Rossi in Chile. He shipped it via FedEx. Several days after he shipped it (by slow airplane, I suppose), FedEx called me from Memphis to get my SS# and signature on an importer's form they FAXed to me. I FAXed it back that evening and had the instrument the next morning. If your shipping dealer has experience with this, you probably will find it smooth, like I did.
